Upon receipt of your imput, your refund will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours. * Please be aware that this policy is applicable exclusively to initial single pair underwear purchases, consisting of a brief, trunk or boxer brief.

Try on your first pair of BOMENS briefs, boxers briefs or trunks and if you dont absolutely love them, request a refund or an exchange.
2- Size Replacement
Want a replacement size instead? No worries. We’ll send the same style in a different size, completely free of charge. Smaller or larger. Shipped the next business day. And you get to keep the first pair you tried on too.
3- Refund Request
Still not happy? It's rare we miss the mark. But if we do, you can request a refund for the full purchase amount. Simply fill out our REFUND SURVEY.
