Upon receipt of your imput, your refund will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours. * Please be aware that this policy is applicable exclusively to initial single pair underwear purchases, consisting of a brief, trunk or boxer brief.

This guarantee applies exclusively to your first-ever purchase of a single pair of underwear from Bomens.

✅ One Guarantee Per Customer & Household:
Limit of one refund per customer, address, and payment method. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect multiple claims.

✅ Proof Required:
To process your refund, we kindly ask for a photo of the product and a brief reason for your dissatisfaction. This helps us improve and prevents misuse.

🚫 Multiple Accounts or Repeat Claims:
Attempts to bypass this policy by using variations of names, emails, or addresses will result in denial of the refund.

⚠️ Store Credit Option:
In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
