Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges at Bomens
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.
Simple Process:
- Contact us via email with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- We'll send you a return label and instructions.
- As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, your refund or exchange will be processed right away.
Note: A $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from refunds. Promotional items may have different terms. Refunds will be made to your original payment method, or a Bomens gift card if necessary.

If your first pair of BOMENS underwear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got you covered — no returns needed. Simply fill out this feedback form to help us improve. Your refund will be processed within 48–72 business hours after we receive your feedback.
First Pair Guarantee Terms:
- ✅ Valid for First-Time Customers Only: Applies only to your first-ever purchase of a single pair (brief, trunk, or boxer brief).
- ✅ One Guarantee Per Customer & Household: Limit of one refund per customer, address, and payment method.
- ✅ Proof Required: A photo of the product is required, along with feedback via our form.
- 🚫 Multiple Accounts or Repeat Claims: Attempts to bypass this policy using variations of name, email, or address will be declined.
- ⚠️ Store Credit Option: In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.
