Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges at Bomens

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.

Simple Process:

• Contact us via email with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
• We'll send you a return label and instructions.
• As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, your refund or exchange will be processed right away.

Note: A $5.00 processing fee will be deducted from refunds. Promotional items may have different terms. Refunds will be made to your original payment method, or a Bomens gift card if necessary.

Simply fill out this feedback form to help us improve our products. Your refund will be processed within 48-72 business hours after we receive your feedback.
